We are pleased to offer free shipping on most items, regardless of weight. Overweight Items that do not qualify to ship free have freight charges added at checkout and clearly marked before you finalize your order.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

The shipping charge on your order is for standard service. If you require expedited delivery please contact us to see if there is an additional charge.


WHITE GLOVE SERVICE

Some of our larger items ship via freight with curbside or doorstep delivery. White glove service is available upon request for a surcharge. Please contact us for more information or simply select that option at checkout. Expect to be contacted by the carrier to arrange an in-home delivery date that works for you.

We are happy to arrange shipping anywhere in the world. The buyer pays the exact amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel an order within 3 days or before it has been pulled for shipment. Once it has shipped, the order is considered to be fulfilled. Many orders ship the same day, so please be careful when you order. RETURN POLICY

We hope you'll be thrilled with your purchase, but feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about your order. Gore Dean Home offers only the highest-quality product. On the rare occasion that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days for return instructions, and we'll ship you a replacement. In the event that you choose NOT to replace that exact item, a replacement order of equal or greater value will be offered.


Need a different color or size? Contact us and we'll assist with your exchange.

All items sold at Gore Dean Home are returnable for store credit unless personalized . Other Items may be eligible for refund (not including lighting, furniture and mirrors). Most require a 15% restocking fee to cover costs, plus return shipping. All returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of your order date.

Exceptions include special orders,monogrammed items and orders of any item which exceeds 12 of any single item. Please contact us 866-785-7860 if you have any questions about an item's eligibility for return.

If you wish to return an eligible item for a refund, it must be in new condition with the original packaging, including all parts, documentation and your receipt or packing slip.

To request a return email us at designtothetrade@gmail.com or call (866) 785-7860. If your return meets the above guidelines, you will receive an RMA # that must be included in the return address. Your package must be received by us within 10 days of RMA issuance. We recommend using a shipping method that has tracking if possible.

You will receive your Credit immediately upon receipt and verification of your return. Monetary Refunds where appropriate will be issued in the same manner in which you paid for the refunded product.
